Day 2 – Core


This session will allow the body to adapt and recover.

Core stability is key to posture and form and it is why we have put it into the regeneration session so you can focus on it separately. Mobilty will help you get into good positions and improve function. Lie and melt is the opportunity to feel how the body is responding to the training.

Plank set

As you transition from each plank retain a neutral spine by keeping the trunk braced this is as important as each exercise. Your prime focus is on posture.
