Many thousands of people have been helped by the coaching of Ian Pont & Catherine Dalton and the website is a key part of this. By helping coaches, teachers, fast bowlers and development programmes all over the world, UPFcricket.com remains the leading technical & tactical site for fast bowling.
There are now more than 190 videos online, which cover the physical and mental aspects too of being a fast bowler.
